Unfortunately none of these guys could make it, so it was just me....

Thanks to everyone who came down to the VfR Sportheim in Sulz on Friday night for their Goodbye summer party. Sadly not the awesome line up like in the poster above from 1971, but I had a great time and I think everybody else did too!

The next gig is at Cafebar in Rottenburg on the 08.10 – this is a great gig, nice people and a nice place. After that I will be playing the secret location in Stuttgart on the 15.10 – where I will probably be experimenting with some new stuff, and then finally in October, I will be playing at the Gasthaus Schossbrücke in Leinstetten on 28.10.

Thanks for the support, and I hope to see you at one of the gigs soon!

Had a very relaxing summer, taking it easy and not doing so much. Back in the saddle again now though…fully fit and ready to go.

Two private parties to play in September, and then on the 30th, I will be playing at the Goodbye Summer party at the Sportheim in Sulz. Should be great fun.

October promises to be busy too – I will be playing at the excellent Cafebar in Rottenburg, which is always a great night, on the 8th. On the 15th it’s back to the exclusive Secret Location in Stuttgart, and then on the 28th I will be playing at Gasthaus Schlossbrücke in Leinstetten. More details on the gigs page. Fireball are having an extended summer break – We all were on holiday, and now Bob is on holiday until October, so our next gig is at Die Halle in Reichenbach, on 11.11, followed by Biddy Early’s in Stuttgart on 19.11.

I have added a couple more dates, one on 15.10 and the other on 10.12 at the secret location I play in Stuttgart. You know the one right? It gets pretty full in there and so they don’t like me to advertise, but you know where I mean… If you really don’t know then just ask!

I will be playing on the open-air Freibad stage at the Horb Gartenschau tomorrow (13.08) at 16:30

On Sunday at 14:00 I will be playing in Nufringen Marktpatz. There is an event to celebrate 13  years of Cafe Bier Bar Passage, but also to try and raise some money for the rehabilitation of Bella Benz. She worked at the Cafe bar, and also previously at Catweazle in Horb, but was injured in a motorbike accident in 2010, and now needs full-time care.  If you want to come and help out, or just enjoy the day – there will be live music ( that’s me) plus motorbike shows, a segway course, and all sorts of other stuff going on, then it would be great to see you there.

Thought I’d just check in after what has been a busy month – not so many gigs, but lots of private stuff, and of course work.

The Horb Gartenschau gig was great – I got the best of the weather, and there were quite a few people there who stayed around to listen. Next one is on 13.08 when the flowers should be in full bloom, and I’m hoping to get something in the press first, and maybe have a nice time there again!

Fireball will be playing at the Ebersberger Schlossfest on 11.07 – here is a link to their page. We’re hoping for a great gig!

Otherwise I have a lot of private parties coming up and not so many public gigs I’m afraid. Highlights will be an open air gig organised by Cafe Passage in Nufringen in July, and also an opening party in Pfalzgrafenweiler in early July.
